Zachary Gleason is a seasoned executive and the visionary behind Atlante Sales and Atlante Partners. With a wealth of experience in leadership experience across consulting, insurance, and operational strategy, Zachary helps firms drive sustainable growth through simplified systems, talent development, and a human-first approach to leadership.

As Founder of Atlante Sales, he built a performance-driven sales management system that empowers teams to stay organized, accountable, and aligned—without sacrificing personal connection. Through Atlante Partners, he provides strategic consulting to agencies nationwide, focusing on long-term growth through operational excellence and thoughtful hiring.

Prior to launching his own ventures, Zachary held senior roles at multiple insurance brokerage firms, overseeing large teams and leading initiatives in HR, recruiting, IT, and corporate strategy. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
